Created 9 courses using Articulate Rise for a Core Humanitarian Basics program that was also translated into French, Spanish, and Arabic. The image is from one of the courses.
"Steve was the only instructional designer and developer for the project and took 16 plus hours of content contained in 113 different learning objects and recreated it into a more engaging, easier to use, mobile-friendly set of 9 courses totaling just over 6 hours of content without losing any critical content and in some cases even expanding the content. Steve also rewrote the four exams into one 100-question exam reflecting the new content. This was a monumental task for one designer/developer but Steve’s creativity, design experience, attention to detail, and organizational skills proved to be the right combination to tackle this monster, and he delivered!

Wrote 115 multiple-choice questions and responses for a criterion-referenced exam that, when passed, earns learners a certification in logistics and procurement. The exam is part of a 4-course curriculum. The image is the fourth course's title screen.
"The simple and clear manner the questions are written, the time that was taken to align questions to objectives, the diagnostic info applied to the distractors and the overall adherence to best practice standards for writing multiple choice questions makes this exam truly a work of art. It was a pleasure to read and one of the first times that I ever thoroughly reviewed an exam where I didn’t have dozens of different comments about possible rewrites. Great work!"
